We can’t thank Shawn Smith with Premier Pools of Central Florida for everything he did throughout our pool project. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. No matter the question or concern, Shawn was always there to help and made the entire process so much smoother.

Thanks to his dedication and support, we now have the pool of our dreams. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work the way Shawn does.

We highly recommend Shawn and Premier Pools to anyone considering a pool project. This review comes straight from the heart. Thank you, Shawn, for helping make our dream backyard a reality! 🏊 🌟

Minus one star not for the company but a few of their service providers who didn't meet my expectations. It could be that I'm too picky but some of them lack interpersonal skills. Having said that the Premier employees responsible for construction were fantastic. Post start-up customer service representative Leslie has been fantastic and very conscientious about addressing any small issues within hours.

On our second pool build, Premier Pools of Central Florida once again exceeded every expectation. From the design phase to the final details, their communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism were outstanding. The team made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and the finished pool truly transformed our backyard into a resort-style retreat for our family.Leslie Evans was my first contact and incredible as was Matt B my designer and contact throughout …After building 1st pool, and now on to my second, with them, I can confidently say they stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, honesty, and an incredible finished product

We are first-time pool owners and knew literally NOTHING about having a pool installed and maintained. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have chosen Premier Pools of Central FL...they have gone above and beyond to help us design and install the pool of our dreams... it is truly an outdoor oasis! We worked with Gabriel Willis for the initial design. I remember being overwhelmed with the number of options, but leaning on Gabriel's vast knowledge and expertise made the process fun and exciting. The day to day management of the installation process was managed by Koby and Blaine, they were absolutely terrific to work with! We are now enjoying our pool and loving every minute. Thank you Premier Pools! 5 STARS!

My wife and I have had a fantastic experience working with Premier Pools of Central Florida on our pool project in The Villages. From start to now nearing completion, the entire process has been smooth, well-organized, and exactly as promised.

Garrett Trefcer did an outstanding job as our sales representative, helping us design a unique pool that fits perfectly on our lot. His expertise and attention to detail really set the tone for the project.

Our construction manager, Koby, has been highly responsive and has done an excellent job coordinating the various crews and phases of construction. Everything has moved along efficiently and professionally.

A special thank you as well to our project coordinator, Blaine Babeneck, who has been exceptional throughout the process—keeping us informed at every stage and always available to answer questions.

Most importantly, the project has stayed on schedule from the very beginning, aligning with the timeline we were given upfront. We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of work from the entire team. Highly recommend Premier Pools of Central Florida!

May 2026 - - so, as an update.....I’d also like to add that since the completion of our pool, things have continued to go extremely smoothly. It has been reassuring to know that Leslie Evans is our designated liaison assigned by Premier Pools to handle any post-construction needs and punch list items. She has been fantastic to work with—responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail. It’s clear that Premier’s commitment to customer service continues well beyond the construction phase.
